I led creative for Constant Contact for four years, partnering with teams across the organization to bring strategy, storytelling, and smart execution to every part of the brand. From product launches to platform education to performance campaigns, I helped translate SaaS tools and services into something small business owners could understand, trust, and act on.

Each project solved for a specific challenge, but they were all grounded in the same belief: that marketing should feel empowering, not overwhelming, for small business owners. We strengthened the brand’s voice and modernized its look, helped users unlock new tools, and made email and digital marketing feel a little more human.
