Constant Contact

I led creative for Constant Contact for four years, partnering with teams across the organization to bring strategy, storytelling, and humanity to every part of the brand. I was responsible for protecting and shaping the brand while helping to translate software tools and services into something small business owners could understand, trust, and act on.

This is a collection of that work: acquisition campaigns, brand campaigns, customer stories, explainer videos, brand collaborations, and a full rebrand. Each project solved for a specific challenge, but they were all grounded in the same belief: that marketing should feel empowering for small business owners—and maybe even a little fun. My team strengthened and humanized the brand’s voice, modernized its look, helped users unlock new tools, and made email and digital marketing feel a little more human.
