East Boston Neighborhood Health Center: People Are Our Purpose
EBNHC is the largest community health center in MA. After the pandemic, EBNHC was struggling to fill essential roles. Competing with top healthcare providers, plus requiring bilingual talent, made recruitment even harder. We focused on what candidates valued most: a supportive workplace that prioritizes their well-being. The campaign featured real employees, a “Top Place to Work” badge, and a recruitment page to build credibility.
This campaign drove 1,500 applicants, 144 qualified candidates, 66 interviews, and 9 hires, filling key roles and boosting EBNHC’s reputation as a caring employer in the Boston community.
