I led all creative output for the Constant Contact brand for four years. I was responsible for shaping and protecting the brand while helping to translate software tools and services into something small business owners could understand, trust, and act on.

I led acquisition campaigns, brand campaigns, customer stories, explainer videos, brand collaborations, and a full rebrand. Each project was grounded in the same belief: that marketing should feel empowering for small business owners. My team strengthened the brand’s voice, modernized its look, and made email and digital marketing feel a little more human.
